Crowned Heads, the premium cigar company known for its innovative blends and storytelling, proudly announces the expansion of its acclaimed Blood Medicine B-Positive line. Following the successful 2025 limited edition debut of the B-Positive as a single-vitola release, the brand is now introducing this evolution in three distinct sizes, offering enthusiasts greater variety while preserving the intense, meatier profile that made the original blend a standout.
The Blood Medicine B-Positive builds on the heritage of the original Blood Medicine blend named after a historic Nashville pharmacy slogan-by replacing the Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a robust Nicaraguan Corojo cover leaf. The resulting flavor profile delivers a more full-bodied experience, highlighted by notes of dark cocoa, espresso, leather and a rich earthiness, all balanced by the familiar Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed binder, and premium Nicaraguan fillers.
Crowned Heads President, Jon Huber, commented, "B-Positive was born from experimentation to push the Blood Medicine blend into new territory—darker, meatier, more intense. The response to the initial Toro release in 2025 was overwhelming, and expanding to three sizes allows more of our loyalists to experience this powerful expression in formats that fit different occasions and preferences." Blood Medicine B-Positive continues Crowned Heads tradition of blending craftsmanship, creativity, and a nod to Nashville's unique history.
Blood Medicine B-Positive LE 2026 production is limited to 800 boxes (21-count) of each of the three sizes: 5" x 52, 5 1/2" x 56, and 6" x 54. The cigars are manufactured at the TacaNicsa factory in Esteli, Nicaragua, home to such Crowned Heads brands as Mil Días, Mil Días Maduro, and Juárez, under the supervision of Don Eradio Pichardo. Shipping will begin at the end of this month.
