BACK TO THE ISLAND - This month we take the journey back to the Dominican Republic where we have new production at a new factory. We welcome the release of Craft Series New Beginnings and WLP Mofongo which are set to start shipping next week. We enlisted the services of a very talented newcomer, LA iSLA, for the production.

New Beginnings is a 6” X 52 toro featuring all Dominican fillers and binder, surrounded by a beautiful Mexican San Andres wrapper. The unique flavor of New Beginnings can be attributed in part to the Piloto and HVA used in the filler.

As the name would imply, Mofongo gets its inspiration from the traditional Caribbean dish. This 6” X 52 toro uses Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers, a Dominican binder and is finished with an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper.

Since first sitting at the drawing board, over a year has passed waiting for these new projects to arrive. We experimented with incredible tobaccos, some of which we had never used before. We hope you will agree that patience has been rewarded.
